There is no agreement to sign before we send you a requirement, and no arrangement that has to sit with your compliance team first. If a property we introduce a client to is let, it is let on your terms, to your landlord, on your paperwork.

We put the guarantor in place through a provider and complete the paperwork before anyone reaches you, so nothing stalls after you have taken the property off the market.
