What we collect

Only what you send us. That is what you type into the enquiry form, and anything you send us on WhatsApp or by email. The readiness check on the Find a home page runs in your browser and sends us nothing unless you choose to open WhatsApp with your answers.

What it is used for

Replying to you, and searching for a home if you ask us to. When you ask us to build an application for a specific property, we share the details it needs with the letting agency, the landlord, the referencing company and the guarantor provider for that property. We tell you before we do. Nothing is shared with anyone else.

How long we keep it

While we are working with you, and for a short time afterwards in case you come back to us. If you would rather we deleted it sooner, ask.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email contact@bowsla.com and we will do it.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking. The two typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser requests them from Google when a page loads.
